Dedicated to Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. "Do whatever He tells you" are the instructions Mary gave to the attendants at the wedding at Cana when they ran out of wine. They are also the last recorded words of the Virgin Mary in the Gospels. How fitting.

Jesus heals the woman in the synagogue
Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Luke
13:10-17.
Jesus was teaching in a synagogue on the sabbath.
And a woman was there who for eighteen years had been crippled by a spirit; she was bent over, completely incapable of standing erect.
When Jesus saw her, he called to her and said, "Woman, you are set free of your infirmity."
He laid his hands on her, and she at once stood up straight and glorified God.
But the leader of the synagogue, indignant that Jesus had cured on the sabbath, said to the crowd in reply, "There are six days when work should be done. Come on those days to be cured, not on the sabbath day."
The Lord said to him in reply, "Hypocrites! Does not each one of you on the sabbath untie his ox or his ass from the manger and lead it out for watering?
This daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has bound for eighteen years now, ought she not to have been set free on the sabbath day from this bondage?"
When he said this, all his adversaries were humiliated; and the whole crowd rejoiced at all the splendid deeds done by him.

Saint Anthony of Padua
Saint Anthony, great wonder-worker, intercede for us that God may grant us our request if it be for the good of our soul.
Saint Anthony, be our patron, our protector, and our advocate in life and in death.
Saint Anthony, attentive to those who invoke thee, grant us the aid of thy powerful intercession for the grace of holy purity, meekness, humility, obedience, the spirit of poverty, and perfect abandonment to the will of God.
Saint Anthony, servant of Mary, obtain for us greater devotion to the blessed Mother of God.

Do not weep
Luke 7:11-17
Jesus journeyed to a city called Nain, and his disciples and a large crowd accompanied him.
As he drew near to the gate of the city, a man who had died was being carried out, the only son of his mother, and she was a widow. A large crowd from the city was with her.
When the Lord saw her, he was moved with pity for her and said to her, "Do not weep."
He stepped forward and touched the coffin; at this the bearers halted, and he said, "Young man, I tell you, arise!"
The dead man sat up and began to speak, and Jesus gave him to his mother.
Fear seized them all, and they glorified God, exclaiming, "A great prophet has arisen in our midst," and "God has visited his people."
This report about him spread through the whole of Judea and in all the surrounding region.

Pro-Life Procession
Yesterday, the Pro-Life Union of Philadelphia prayed the Rosary in front of Planned Parenthood at 12th and Locust in Philadelphia. There were many "escorts" in front of the building, whose main job was to prevent and women entering to be denied having a pro-life pamphlet handed to them. Some pedestrians walked by, and they would smirk with the volunteers. One young woman who was entering the facility, was handed a pro-life pamphlet. She looked very distraught, worried, troubled, and frankly, horrified. She was quickly surrounded by escorts as she approached the front gate of the facility entrance. Holding the pamphlet in her hand, one of the escorts, noticing a glimpse of reconsideration in the young woman's eyes, quickly grabbed the pamphlet from her hands, folded it, and slid it into her bright yellow escort vest. The woman was hustled inside. Hopefully, she left the facility with her baby in tact.
Planned Parenthood claims that the pro-life movement doesn't trust a woman to make her own decision. Yet, they train their escorts to surround and block women from having information presented to them which would help them to make a fully informed choice. Notably, the escort who ripped the pamphlet out of the young woman's hands, did not forcefully remove any literature from the hands of other young women yesterday morning, because all those other women did not have a look of horror and doubts on their faces. Only this particular young woman was singled out, because the escort saw hesitation in her face, and Planned Parenthood does not want to lose the revenue. An elderly pro-life woman walked up to the escort and asked her why she did that, and scolded her for not allowing that young girl to have the pamphlet. The escort glared at the elderly woman, with a wicked scowl. After the elderly woman walked away, the escort turned to her fellow escort, and the gleefully smirked at one another. I pray for that escort, that God converts her heart of stone to a heart of flesh - both of them.
Planned Parenthood facilities are human abattoirs, and their blood money flows right back to the democratic party through their campaign donations. They commit 300,000 acts of abortion a year; some simple math indicates that infanticide accounts for anywhere from $300 million to $500 million of annual revenue each year, for this monstrous organization. Not to mention, the "ancillary" income they received from procuring babies to be sold, for profit, and without the mothers' consent, using "less crunchy" killing methods to preserve the baby's body.
There was a time when the democratic party pretended to want to keep abortion "rare". In less than 20 short years, they went from wanting to keep acts of abortion rare to proliferating this evil right up until the moment of birth, and even after birth, if the baby was born alive as the result of a miraculously failed abortion.
Intrinsically evil is the only way to describe it. Thomas Jefferson warned, "I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just; that His justice cannot sleep forever." God bless all those babies.
